Everything, including the cage has been constructed. (Except of course for the wig) I made the elven ears the wings, the costume and everything else. My Aizen helped me with the cage. I just really liked the idea of being accurate as can be. Anyway!
On with the show:
Shot a gun today.
Actually not just 'shot' once. I did it about 50 times and it was epic.
I had serious fun although at first, I was scared of how many times I was supposed to hear the loud eerily powerful noises from the other range users gun shots.
Weird thing is, you don't really hear your own gun shots.
The only thing you feel is the shrapnel on your face (If you're so lucky enough, it can quite possibly go in your shirt as well and it stings like hell!) and the recoil of the gun. I fired a 9mm for about an hour or so. And it was interesting.
I got one nice clean head shot and a couple near the center.
I wanted to be more 'dramatic', but my photographer wasn't very cooperative so I just worked with the photos that were already with me. So I ended up with something like this:
Yes, I know. It doesn't exactly scream 'winner' or 'hard work', but hey I did have fun and I did tell myself this was going to be for the heck of it. Although, even if that is the case I am still a little disappointed in what I came up with.
