Honestly, one of the best cosplayers out here by true meaning of the craft. A little BioYuki is currently 22 years old, and she lives in Thailand. And am going to guess you've probably seen her cosplays on the internet even if you didn't know her. Like myself *cough* she makes her own costumes from scratch. Though she is more of an 'armor addict'. She defines the term 'armor addict' quite well, as she is extremely great at crafting them, she's seriously good at it as well. Besides that, she's also blessed with really cute features. Websites:

WARNING: The post below is Image Heavy I started cosplaying 'officially' way back 2005. (I started sewing and copying incomplete anime clothes 2003) Officially in the sense that, I REALLY copied costumes from anime characters and game characters. Contact lenses, hair, et al. Moving on! This post isn't fully about me. This is about the only people I truly admire. In no particular order:
Jin Joson:As a little background, she's a UP fine arts graduate. And as of now she's a freelance painter among a lot of other things. She's a digital artist, a seriously good photographer, she's great at makeup and she emotes awesomely. She's basically seriously blessed with creativity. And honestly, she still gives me goosebumps whenever she's near me. *cough* Must compose thyself. Yaya HanYaya Han has been in the costume making industry for well almost TEN years. So at the times we can use "Expert" this might be the best time to do so. She's well learned at her craft and her costumes are just SPOT ON. (As well as the fact that she's awfully blessed *cough*) Started out as a four strip comic from Kagami Yoshimizu. The anime series is all about food, video games and a lot of parodies. It's tough not to love this series. For more info on Lucky star, click here Here's me making Hiiragi look way older than she already is.
Some characters are just impossible to cosplay. But still we try. Say hi to "Death the Kid" The lovable OC Shinigami (Death god) from the Anime Soul Eater. I dislike the anime actually and prefer the manga(Japanese Comics) over it. And if you'd notice, I am completely lacking the coat and rings in my pictures. It's not that I've become a lesser cosplayer recently and just entrusted everything to my photographer. NO, of course not. These shots are from a 'practice' shoot. (Though it did not go too well) I held a tantrum because of the heat, the fatigue, the contact lenses and the headache caused by the wig. Plus we did not like the place we chose to shoot in. (And thus a blaming wars happened) *cough* A friend of mine, and her office friends suggested that I looked similar to Haruma Miura in my cosplay of Death the Kid. *rofl* I flew to heaven and died!
Actually, at first I forgot who Miura was. Then I searched and saw Hana Kimi. "OTL Am too darned happy about it that I should be ashamed of myself. My first and ever beloved Vocaloid: Hatsune Miku. Although her songs are quite varied, I almost always like all of them. From Tsundere, to twisted lolita. She's everything you want. Some people might find her voice a tad bit 'unrealistic'. But honestly, looking at how other people make her sing, and how they make stories of the songs. She has a lot more substance than the other singers. She does not get paid for it, nor will she ever get into a scandal of sorts. She won't age, the vocal qualities will depend on the user. (And more likely it's sub par or really above standards. To simply sum it: I LOVE Hatsune Miku. I think I started making cosplans way back 2010. But always, somehow it got derailed half of the way. Budget constraints and whatnot always reared it's ugly head. Money IS an object. It's a very IMPORTANT object in fact that sets the limits for most of us. Can't complain though, I have a seriously kick-ass photographer. That makes up for the lack of anything else. What's on the list:
Way, way back... The only reason I liked Len Kagamine was because of "Servant of Evil" and "Synchronicity". But recently, I've found myself rather...fond of the little vocaloid shota boy. (Not familiar with Vocaloids? Go Here) I mean, with the art and the songs they give him.
HOW can you NOT love him? Those girls are NOT my harem. They're my friends. They all worked hard for Vocafusion. Yes. THEY--I'm a lazy ass what can I say? But during the event, I worked real hard on Vocaloid manor-SGK (Vocafusion). Although it does not seem like it. I always tried to clear every table and respond to any bells I hear. (Even the one's in my head) It was really interesting to be a butler for a day. And to add, am possibly the first ever crossdresser to 'serve' people as a guy. Honestly, I thought I'd be simply cleaning tables. But surprisingly I did decent enough. (So decent in fact, that I was hurting all over after the event) Was supposed to cosplay in the morning but I have NO REGRETS. Will NEVER forget:
Me being a derp. XD Also, I was 'first blood'-- (Was the first to derp around and serve) <---while half-dressed. So many mistakes for my first table. XD Gah...I wanted a do over. All that aside, We were all awesome. Gakupo was Most Wanted Host and Miku likewise was most wanted maid. <3 "Another" or if you're Japanese "Anazā" t was possibly the best series of it's season. It revolves around a transfer student named Kōichi Sakakibara and eerie Yomiyama North student Mei Misaki. (Which I seriously ADORE) Costume process ETA 6 hours. XDv Anyway, synopsis aside... My cosplay of Misaki Mei was as tragic as it gets. I decided on it about 4 hours the day before the con. Though viola! It worked out somehow. Although as I was styling the wig, I actually forgot her weirdly long bangs in front. some weeks after, we were supposed to go for a proper shoot. But it was cancelled due to the unavailability of the venue. Feels like the cos is cursed. *le sigh*Although! I wish to do her justice sometime in the future. Care to guess what the series is about? XD Right on the vampire part and metaphorically speaking, yes there is some sort of part of chivalry. The story revolves around a School wherein the students are divided into Night class and Day class. Sounds normal? Yeah it should. Up until the part of the Night class students being Vampires. And so the story goes~ Who did I cosplay? |
