Market Cafe is a self-service buffet with elegance. It's located in Malate, 3rd Floor of Hyatt Hotel. I took note of all the dishes that were available and it was simply amazing:
Some of the dishes are prepared per customer choice and served at the table you're in while you can still roam around and look at the other food stations. The interesting bit here is, that the preparation of the food from the main dishes to the cakes are simply high class. It looks like something you'll see prepared for fine dining. Market Cafe: Some of the foodI wanted to take more shots, but that would've been a waste of an entirely good buffet. It was quite limited as we had availed of the lunch buffet which ends at 2:30pm There were a hell lot of cakes to choose from (That look very similar to the one's in Bizu). And not a lot of people when we went there. It was a serious battle of how much you can intake without puking really. I wasn't too fond of that flan though I loved the chocolate fountain. There was a large array of fruits and candies to go with it as well. Market Cafe Information:Location: 3rd floor, Hyatt Hotel Malate

My favorite dish ever in Teriyaki boy What bothers me about this store is that, the portions, sizes and the way some of the dishes are cooked are different PER branch. The Philly Cheese Steak roll is the best at the Glorietta 3 Branch, It's really tasteful, and recently they've been serving the dishes properly. Soup first, appetizers and other dishes for the tummy for first, then the main dish after together with your drinks. Chili's Philippines has REALLY big portions. XD
Do not let the shitty font used for the logo fool you. The service is top class, the ambient is nice and the place is above average. There aren't a lot of people going to cheesecake etc so I really like it there. But if you're a fan of really loud cafes with a hell lot of people-- then this place is not for you. Their pricing is similar to Starbucks, Bo's Coffee and whatnot, but the taste of their chocolate drinks are BETTER. Why? Because there's a lot more chocolate in it then sugar. I get a sore throat with the Starbucks drinks, besides the buzzing headache from all the people there. We tried " Choco Mint Seduction " and "Ghirardelli Almond Roca". It was 150 per drink in a rather tall glass. It's WORTH IT. I still crave for it up to now. The chocolate isn't too sweet and the mixture of whipped cream and mint was just perfect. Gave me shivers after. The Roca was ok, it has a hint of caffeinated flavor which I am not a fan of but still the drink was delightful yet did not hurt the throat.
