What it's about: Komrad features dishes from Sichuan and Hunan in China Though the restaurant in Eastwood is a little cramped for my tastes (The spacing per table doesn't seem too comfortable specifically when there are several groups of people dining inside)
The Favorite/s: The steamed siomai are seriously tasty. And they're really big! You can order it with cumin if you're into spicy food or not if you just enjoy good old regular siomai. There's 4 pieces per serving, and we basically order this as appetizers. But in the end we got around 5 or so orders. The spicy beef soup was really nice as well. I enjoyed the tenderness of the meat and the slightly sweet sauce combined with a little heat. I usually dislike spicy dishes but this one was just 'right'. It was really savory and it was nice and hot! I loved all the tastes I was getting from it.
