Kuricurry cosplay trial as "Nyaruko" with a bit of experimental light painting
Light painting is usually, just someone playing with lights in the background or using it to make speed lines and making streaks similar to 'strokes' in brushes.
Technicality (Somewhat) They capture light movement through slower shutter speed and low light. What I did here was a bit different, I used white to give off a slightly, 'blurry' look and some wind to add a bit of movement to the wig.
As you can see the overall effect is similar to 'blurring' or painting over your photo. But with less photo processing effort.
My Light Painting This is a 'light painting' that's over exposed to some extent though you can still see my pores and slight flaws, everything that's white gives off a slightly soft feel.
The slight wind helped blur the strands of my wig, I also had several light sources almost bathing me in light:
Large opened window (Daylight)
But in order for my face not to be entirely 'white', I held on to a pinkish sheet of paper while the shot was taken. So some of the light bounced the color off as well. You will also notice some catch light. (I'm a huge fan of those) There are about 3 that's reflected in my eyes, overkill? Well for Anime characters I'd think not.
